Noah was launching a hair-thickening shampoo and conditioner duo, priced at nearly $30 per 200ml bottle. My job was to plan the content flow and write the copy for the product landing page.
The challenge? The price point felt steep compared to drugstore options but the products featured Redensyl® and Saw Palmetto, premium clinically-proven ingredients known for promoting thicker hair. So while the products were actually good value for what's in them, customers wouldn't see it that way at first glance.
My goal: justify the price and make the value clear.
Punchy copy can do more heavy lifting than long explanations
Understanding that men skip conditioner shaped the entire messaging strategy
It's not about defending the cost, it's about showing the value
Noah's brand voice is tongue-in-cheek. Clever, quirky, and a little cheeky.
So the copy needed to match that energy while still being persuasive.
My approach focused on delivering maximum impact with minimum words. Just enough to convince and pique interest.
To justify the price, I focused on the premium ingredients and their clinically-proven benefits: thicker, stronger, healthier hair.
And since men often skip conditioner or reach for 2-in-1s, the copy emphasized why using both shampoo and conditioner matters, while positioning them as a complementary duo rather than separate purchases.

Working closely with the brand designer, we planned the content flow for the landing page of the Good Head Shampoo and Smooth Head Conditioner. It begins with a captivating hero section featuring a bold headline that instantly grabs visitors' attention. A supporting sub headline highlights the key ingredients and benefits of our shampoo and conditioner, accompanied by a call to action.

The next section communicates all the key features and benefits of the of each product before seamlessly transitioning into demonstrating how they work together synergistically for optimal results.


Further down the page, we delve into informative content that covers everything from the ingredients and their benefits to fragrance notes, how-tos, and a concise information table—all aimed at substantiating the product's value and appeal.



To bolster credibility and convince potential customers, we prominently feature brand ambassadors and customer reviews.

While our shampoo and conditioner duo effectively manages hair loss, it was important to highlight that it was not a cure. This is why we've included a CTA strategically towards the end of the page, directing those who seek prescription treatments to the correct landing page.

Lastly, addressing any lingering queries, we've included a FAQ section at the bottom of the page to provide clarity and reassurance to our customers.

Combining creativity, quirk and word play, I crafted headlines and copy that are impactful and memorable.
